Scope of Registration Fee (Accommodation & Transfers Notice)
Only Registration Fee Applies: The delegate registration fee strictly covers conference participation, academic meetings, catering, and social events. Hotel accommodation and airport transfer services are not bundled into this fee.
Delegates are free to arrange their own accommodation according to their preferences. A curated list of recommended partner hotels near Dokuz Eylül University and İzmir city center will be shared with registered delegates with special discount codes.
